The Long Beach Municipal Band will celebrate its 113th season this year with free outdoor summer concerts in Long Beach parks, from June 28 through August 5, 2022, with a different theme every week. All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. and are free.

“Ragtime, Dixie, and All That Jazz” – America’s contribution to the world of music – Jazz! The birth of American Jazz began in the late 1800’s with a new rhythmic style called Ragtime. This week will explore three great traditions of American music with Ragtime, Dixie and All That Jazz. The Studio Band, along with vocalist Nicole Kubis, will close out the 2022 Summer Season with style! Theme: “Ragtime, Dixie, and All That Jazz” Vocalist Nicole Kubis.
